if you not satisfied with static website design work in that case in 2nd payment you must have to pay 40% amt. & can stop our 10% payment amt. only . This 10% you can pay us after making correction in your website work.
Your genuine Identity or Business Address proof is required before start your work.
In case of software Design work you must have to co-operate us in any circumfurence like errors & dispute if any occurs between development time periods or in future.
your idea should be clear about work process you required in your software Design without this we can provide You any Quotation.
For software work you must have your system work flow chart to start the work.
Every Year Maintainance Charge will be for Software & Website Work.
After final delivery if any new development work is their you must have to pay for that according to your work.
If you not pay your domain renewal on time you must have to pay penalty charge that will be 10%.
if you are losing your domain due to non payment of renewal then we are not responsible for your losing domain.
We can work only with genuine customer only.
Project amount not be refundable if you paid once in any of circumstances.this will be refundable only in case if we are terminating your project from oursite by any of the reason.
Any re-work on an already completed task will attract additional charges. Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.
All Communications/Correspondences are generally done via emails. It is client's responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.
Due date: Is the date on which the payment is due as per the terms on the invoice/proposal.
you can get that much of work only which we have finalised at the end with written documentation. if u increase work size you must have to extra pay for that.
you can take your order purchase bill within 30 days .after that we are not responsible any kind of bill demand by customer

for digital marketing work we first verify your real business existance & business genuineness after that we proceed for your work.
In case any illegal activity we find in your business we shall not continue with you in digital marketing work.if any information provided by you incorrect in future
you will be responsible only for legal action so you provide us correct aim of your digital marketing.
if you not pay your any balance amt related to development to us after 1 month from date of work completion then after this we will
collect from you 15% interest also per month on this amt . so be careful with your payment pay on time and be safe with yourself
software & website charges can change if you are taking on demand customized software or website packages
if any person bring any third party work to us.in this case we shall not consider any issue arise between you & your party regarding payment any payment issue.
if we completed our work according to your satisfaction then you must have to pay on time without any delay.
For GST bill you must have to pay tax Amt after that you will get GST Bills From oursite
if you will not renew your website on expiry date then we are not responsible for your domain after 10-15 days from date of expiry.your website design file will safe on our server till 3 month from date of expiry if you will not renew your domain then website files will get permanently deleted from our server & you need to redesign again your website.design charges will apply for this

website structure & design we Provide Only . You can not customize the structure & design in basic & advance static website design services
Extra amt applicable for structural & design changes after delivery . this amt considered according to size of customization in website
Basic text level updation don't have any charges
if want to weekely regular update then upload work charges applicable
Yearly 2-3 times update are free for images,links & textual Level updates only .
want more than 3 update in year then need to pay charges for per update . this depends on work load
